On 14 july 2016, was concluded on a collaboration agreement between the General state administration (MINHAP) and the public administration Autonomous community of The Canary Islands , through the department of Presidency, justice and equality, mutual provision of basic solutions.

• The aim of this convention is the transfer of the right of use to the state secretariat for Public Service of the Software for managing and monitoring of strategic plans of the community of Madrid, owned by the agency for Digital Administration of the community of Madrid.

• The software will be used for technical staff Secretariat-General for administration Digital (SGAD), and by companies that developments on the General secretariat of Digital Administration, in the same conditions as the rest of its users, access to electronic versions of software, a user guides and other documentation associated.
