The Open Government aims to citizens to cooperate in developing and improving public services and in strengthening the transparency and accountability, promote the principles of Transparency, integrity, accountability and participation of stakeholders.

The concept of open government is based on three basic pillars: Transparency , Collaboration (integrity and accountability) and the Participation .

These principles are reflected in various measures undertaken since the public authorities.

  • Transparency, access to public information and good governance.

    The responsible state should ensure the transparency of public activity, the right of access to information and carry out the obligations of good governance.

  • Reuse of public Sector information.

    The reuse of public sector information involves the use of natural or legal persons, of information generated or guarded by public sector agencies, for commercial purposes or not.

  • The General state administration in social media.

    The media and social networks are a place of meeting, on the Internet users to consume time. The agencies and ministries had initiated a rapprochement with the same, the citizens.
