Cooperation between the different national AAPP takes place within the framework of the Sectoral commission electronic administration and its various working groups:

Group of Digital identity and electronic signature

Seguimiento y puesta en común de los cambios normativos y tecnológicos en cuestiones de identidad y firma electrónica, así como el análisis de la problemática y soluciones disponibles. También realiza propuestas a la  Comisión Sectorial de Administración Electrónica, para su consideración y eventual aprobación, en materia de identidad digital y firma electrónica.

Interoperability group

Integrated telecommunications group

Observatory group, indicators and measures

Security group

Proporciona normas e instrumentos que faciliten la implementación del Esquema NAcional de Seguridad (ENS) entre Administraciones Públicas; desarrolla de la Línea de acción 2 de la EECS “Seguridad de los Sistemas de Información de las Administraciones Públicas”; coordina y da soporte al Grupo de Identidad Digital; mejora, amplia y coordina el intercambio de información técnica de incidentes y amenazas, entre otras funciones.

Reuse group of applications and services and RISP

Promotes in the public Sector reuse at all levels through the reuse of applications and services, as envisioned in the law 40/2015, 1 October, and reuse of information in the public sector and coordination with the portal datos.gob.

Common Repositories group

Persigue el establecimiento de estándares comunes de actuación en relación con los repositorios con el fin de que la información contenida en ellos esté actualizada y pueda ser interoperable entre ellos así como con otros sistemas de información.

Document group, file and Electronic File

Grupo de apoyo funcional a la implantación de las leyes 39 y 40/2015

Identifier group European legislation - ELI

Implements the identifier of European legislation in Spain, as standard of identification and description of the documentary legislative information published in the official journals and in the databases of the various administrations

Group of Electronic Invoice

Work collaboratively between the REGIONAL GOVERNMENTS and AGE for the improvement of billing for public administrations, placing special emphasis on the implantation of electronic invoice in the public Sector.


Within the General administration of the state cooperation is done via the Strategy committee TIC and Administration Ministerial Committees Digital . Donde también se establecen diferentes grupos de trabajo en materias análogas a las indicadas anteriormente.
