The General Secretariat of Digital Administration (until December 2016 DTIC) drives and coordinates the process of rationalisation and digital transformation of the General administration of the state and works with the rest of Public Administrations to ensure interoperability and effectiveness and efficiency in the provision of services to citizens and businesses.
The catalogue of Digital administration services of SGAD aims to disseminate common services, infrastructure and other solutions that are made available to the public administrations to help boost the development of Digital administration and improve the services offered to citizens and companies, and internally to public employees.
Services that are presented in the catalogue are operational and expand its functionality from day to day. Many of them have been launched with the collaboration of various ministerial departments or other public administrations.
Services are grouped into different categories depending on the functional area or its characteristics of provision. These categories are:
