One of the pillars of Plan de Transformación digital de la Administración General del Estado  y sus Organismos Públicos, la Estrategia TIC  (Opens in new window) lo constituye la apuesta por un nuevo modelo de prestación de servicios más racional, articulado en torno a la idea de servicios compartidos, de carácter obligatorio y sustitutivo de los anteriormente existentes, salvo singulares excepciones, y a la idea de infraestructuras comunes en el ámbito de las tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones.

For these reasons, the Strategy committee TIC - CETIC aprobó en su reunión del 15 de Septiembre de 2015 el Regulatory Framework of the declaration of shared services (Opens in new window) and further conducted the first statement of shared services (Opens in new window) .

In this first statement included 14 services, some of them already in operation and others in the process of development and deployment.
