On the path towards full automation of management and electronic workflow in the public administrations, the first point on which we must delete the entry of paper is in the register, requires that each administration has an electronic record interoperable and interconnected with the electronic records of the other administrations.
The Interconnection of electronic records of the public administrations is a reality since the year 2012 in which the first integrated administrations began to exchange seats of entry and exit of a regular basis through the platform of record linkage (SIR).
During this time has come a long way in both the integration of administrations and the use of the platform.
