The norm in 301549 V.1.1.2:2015 of accessibility requirements for ICT projects and services applicable to public procurement in europe provides functional requirements ensuring that ict products to be accessible to all personas.Dicha rule has been adapted by UNE in spain in the form: UNE-EN 301549 V.1.1.2:2015.
The
Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the european parliament and of the council of 26 october 2016, on the accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices of the public sector agencies
and the new royal decree which transposed this directive to the spanish laws refer to this rule and therefore is of great interest to the public authorities. That is why the State secretariat for Public office, to consider necessary to facilitate their access, has signed an agreement with AENOR
for the dissemination of this rule through the Portal of E-government.
The knowledge and use of this rule is intended to have an impact positively on the implementation of these new requirements of accessibility in public administrations, especially in mobile applications and web portals public administrations.
