This Convention, promoted by the General directorate of Administrative Modernization and momentum of E-government, aims to establish the terms and conditions for a sharing of the basic technological solutions for e-government of the two signatory parties, in compliance with the law 11/2007 of 22 june, electronic access of citizens to public services.
This agreement may also facilitate the access of local entities of the autonomous community of Extremadura and public law entities dependent on both parties, on technological solutions provided for in the convention, in particular:
- For the use of advanced electronic signature:
- For communications between public administrations through electronic means:
- For delivery by electronic means:
- As a communications network spanish administrative departments:
