76.5 Per cent of the main procedures of the General state administration are already conducted electronically

The procedures for enterprises achieve 94 per cent and those of citizens 65 per cent. Electronic communications is changing every year, in 2013 the paperwork online were 3.6 per cent more than in 2011 and 2.1 per cent more than in 2012.

The procedures to citizens and businesses carried out with the General state administration in 2013 exceeded $480 million, of these, more than 367 million (76.5 per cent) were carried out electronically and more than $112 million (23.5 per cent) through electronic not according to data from the management information System (AIS), an application whose basic function is the follow-up to the administration.

The Cis reflects the total volume of processing of individual proceedings, and within it, the files that have been initiated in electronic form.
