Publication of the report IRIA 2012 (information and Communications in public administrations, includes QUEEN 2012)

Subsequently to be issued a new edition of the report IRIA with the analysis of indicators for the situation and use of information systems and technology and communications in the administration. The report elaborates on the basis of a comprehensive study in the field of state administration and an assessment of indicators in the Local administration through the study of a representative sample of Entities.
