The UNED Sede-e already uses the latest version of accesses, having completed the upgrade from the version 2.5 to 3.0.
UNED makes use of the continental ACCESS as a service in the cloud, which implements its Sede-e, and allows you to dispose of an electronic processing of their files and the administration of its procedures.
Version 3.0 includes multiple ACCESS developments, including the following:
New inbox for agents, with filter by procedure, state and scope
Possibilities for the transfer of files between different areas, for a change of custody or shared processing
Link (partnership) of files
Improvements in the management administrative silence
Incorporation of resolutions firmadas-e externally to ACCESS (as an additional option for signature internally in accesses or by reference to Portafirmas)
