The spanish data protection (AEPD) and the european union agency for cyber security (ENISA) organized the event “ DATA SPACES IN EU: Synergies between data protection and data spaces, EU challenges and experiences of Spain ”, which will address the european initiatives of spaces of data from the perspective of privacy.
The day will bring together experts, industry, academia and public administration to explore the challenges and opportunities in the strategy of data for the european Union. We Will Create an enabling environment for the opportunity to share experiences and knowledge, bringing to light the synergies between data protection and areas of data, with particular focus in both the eu and the experiences of Spain.
In the conference is intended to discuss and address the following topics:
- the challenges and opportunities for implementing the provisions of the RGPD in the areas of eu data
- lessons learned and good practices of existing initiatives in the area of spaces for eu-wide data
- the interaction between legislation and policies in the area of data-sharing
- the engineering of the protection of data from the design of the data.
People who attend the event in person will also have the opportunity to participate in a workshop where you can exchange views and discuss emerging aspects of data protection in the areas of data.
