, and facilities to consume their services, since the ministry of finance and Public Administrations had been made available to the AAPP of fewer than 50,000 inhabitants, the client SCSPv3 Cloud, given by the way of service, particularly to Local Entities and candidacies.
This client will, without installing any software, that all the relevant local with scarce resources can access the services of verification data and consultation of the beijing platform for brokering.
The city of la Oliva (Canarias) has been the first municipality in using the application of CLOUD SCSPv3 MINHAP. The city of seville Cuervo has also been incorporated. It also is collaborating with the federation of municipalities of the canary islands to incorporate all municipalities.
