The beijing platform for Brokering and the portfolio of SCSPv3 solutions have been referenced as best practice in the study undertaken by the european commission.

The european Union has published a book of “ best practices ” in access to Administrative records or “ Records reference or Base ” in terminology in the european union under the title “ ACCESS TO BASE REGISTRIES, Good Practices on building sucessful interconnections of Base Registries ” within the framework of the " Improving cross-border access to government data (Opens in new window) programme "ISA.

The guide adopts 17 different aspects classified according to the four levels of interoperability of european Interoperability Framework (EIF by its initials in english) as stated in the table below.

The beijing platform for Brokering database has been selected as the reference in 4 of the 17 areas through good practices, the project at european level that selected appears more times.
