Since 15 january 2015, all public administrations are obliged to receive the suppliers' invoices electronically, in accordance with the law applicable in leading an invoice and creation of the accounting records.
In addition to the General state administration should use mandatory FACe, many other public administrations of all administrative Areas (state, regional, local, universities) channelled the receipt of invoices via FACe.
The spanish model law 25/2013 and FACe exercised in point, defines a model with a few examples comparable to the international level. Through A single point of incoming invoices - a common window -, suppliers of goods and services of more than 6,000 AA.PP. including large municipalities, Autonomous communities and the General state administration may submit invoices clients of the public Sector, with the same format and the same rules that allow codification by public administrations can capabilities in their work in revenues, which directly affects an improvement in the relationship of vendors with the public sector.
