The Congress permits the submission of communications in the four thematic Areas that are distributed its working groups, but also be thematic communications free provided that they fit into the study and research the open access and reuse of public sector information with special interest in the analysis of the directive (EU) 2019/1024 of the european parliament and of the council of 20 june 2019 on open access and reuse of public sector information and their legal consequences.
