Ministry of education and training
and the university ilicitana Miguel Hernández
have started sending model documents keeping to the Central register of personnel (RCP) through Anot@.
Anot@ makes it possible to the replacement of sending electronic documents in the Central register of staff for the electronic delivery via web services, thereby complying with article
26 law 39/2015
on 1 october, of Common Administrative Procedure of the public authorities.
On 1 february 2020 is the deadline established by the RCP for integration with Anot@ and thus remove the transmittal of documents.
The hr managers can, through integrating HR with Anot@, send the RCP registration documents electronically signed by the competent authority. Once received, these documents are processed electronically by the office delegate of the RCP, that type, signature and stored in the document management system RCPDOC registration.
The
National tax administration agency
(AEAT) is using Anot@ since january 2017, sending it via this official registration of licences and reduced working hours, the university of Murcia and the integrated management system of staff (SIGP - common service of the AGE-), are the other systems that are already sending some models of record-keeping documents via Anot@.
