Distribution criteria
To carry out the distribution of the receivable has been taken into account a fixed amount and another variable based on the volume of population , to ensure that all maintain a sufficient level of technological resources and organizational needs to make available data for the development of National Space of Health data.
Taking into account those objective criteria for allocation, has adopted the following territorial distribution to 2023:

In order to ensure the proper monitoring of projects, the autonomous communities and Ceuta and Melilla should provide information relating to the various activities to be proposed to be funded from the funds in the integrated system for the management, as well as information on the estimates for the achievement of the strategic objectives of the recovery Plan.
The State secretariat for Digitization and Artificial intelligence is responsible for the project for the creation of National Space of health data, who, acting through the secretariat-General for administration. This project is carried out in collaboration with the Ministry of health and set of autonomous communities and cities .
