), to the autonomous communities (Andalusia, catalonia, Valencian Community), the university (Carlos III, CSUC, UPC and RedIris) and enterprises that have or manage a CSIRT/CERT (Caixabank, InnoTec, Manages, security, Everis Eulen, nestlé, MAPFRE, S2 group, S21 sect and Telefónica).
Among the main objectives of the forum CSIRT.es are to promote cooperation between the CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response Team) existing spanish, both in the field of the response to incidents such as in the development of joint projects that contribute to the improvement of national security; to share relevant information on security incidents and any other type of intelligence information deemed useful; launch coordinated actions and recommendations to situations that need it; to encourage the creation of new CSIRT in spanish territory; serve as a reference web site for events of the security council and cooperate with other forums and similar initiatives at the national and international levels.
The group will meet regularly to enhance coordination, to enhance the capabilities of detection, prevention, protection and recovery of cyber attacks and, in general, in security management of cyberspace english.
Moreover, is open to any CSIRT-CERT (Computer Emergency Response Team) serve a community of users of spain, capable of reacting to security incidents, with functions and objectives come by national or organizational legislative mandate to improve the safety of the technologies and communications of the community it serves. It is also a prerequisite for admission to the group to be a member of FIRST2 (international Forum of Incident response) or Trust Introducer3 (Task Force Computer Security Incident Response Teams), unless the veto reasoned, or being proposed by two sponsors that are members of the group. Although, for ensuring cooperation and trust among members of the forum, the admission of new members shall be voted on unanimously by the full members of the forum.
