The government has approved an agreement between the ministry of economy and finance and the university of Murcia (UMU) for sharing computer applications centralized management of documents through the electronic signature.
This is a tool which is being introduced on the Intranet of the autonomous agencies and the regional administration. This facilitates, accelerates and modernizes the process of signature of documents by technical, administrative and managerial personnel operating in the administration.
The application was accompanied by a platform for verification of documentation signed whose purpose is to check its veracity, as well as to offer the possibility of sending documentation abroad and that it can be contrasted openly.
