The new regulation of invoicing recognizes the full invoice amount or ordinary, drives the invoice simplified and, to reduce costs and make businesses more competitive, assimilate the electronic invoice to the bill on paper.
The decreto foral does not oblige the use of a particular electronic technology, while the non-mandatory use of electronic data interchange (EDI) and electronic signature guarantee the authenticity of the origin and integrity of the content of invoices and its legibility.
