It is addressed to university graduates and means of careers of social sciences, especially: law, information science, politics and sociology. Students of Recent courses high degrees. The application of pupils of other areas will be assessed individually.
And among its objectives include: to understand what is and what does the ciberdemocracia and open government from the perspective of good governance, transparency and citizen participation, so that people can understand and compare how the introduction of icts in our political system is to change the way and understand the policy.
