A key part in the internal management of any administration.

One of the main challenges to public administrations is to optimize the human resources management and reducing the cost that it entails.

There is a great diversity of systems of human resources management within the various departments and agencies, with a consequent increase in costs.

In its establishment of technical infrastructure in common use for all AGE in the area of human resources management, the state secretariat for Public Administrations (SEAP) has been developing and making available of ministerial departments, agencies and agencies, different management systems that, in addition to serve as a means of unification of criteria in the management, allow significant savings in investment and maintenance of infrastructure and software products and, eventually, in the staff in their management.
