This new system (Sigma.net) allows geographical referencing and interaction of all field offices of the department, as well as the integration of the citizen in the processing of dossiers.
The counsellor of the area, Ana Lupe Mora, stresses the determined commitment of its department for the implementation of new technologies in order to provide a better service to society through the electronic administration, “ which is being finalized in the technological upgrading of this Corporation ”.

The Area of Environment of the Cabildo de Tenerife has introduced a new system of records management aimed at reducing bureaucracy and accelerate the internal work through the use of electronic signature.
