Portafirmas

Available at the CTT the Portafirmas of the state secretariat for Public administrations.

The electronic Portafirmas comprises an application that allows for electronic signatures in order to prevent the use of traditional role.

Based on the first portafirmas versions of the Junta de andalucía, changes have been made to meet needs that are deemed of most of the ministerial departments, such as management of headquarters, reports, improvement of architecture of database and interface, etc.

Its aim is to replace the traditional signature formalities in hard copy format by an equivalent electronic signature. Saving costs, improving times and efficiency, development of electronic signatures are legally valid in different formats, a single point electronic signatures made by its light integration with the rest applications using web services.

Currently the Portafirmas is in production to more than 1000 users, with more than 20,000 signatures made and more than 6 integrated applications.
