The measurement has been effected in accordance with the Method of measurement of Simplified administrative burdens and the reduction, agreed by the central administration and the municipal and autonomous communities, and based on the model of Standard Costs (MCE).
As indicated by the executive, this result is the fruit of "" close collaboration between all departments of the basque government in the work of making the existing administrative procedures, a task being driven from the direction of innovation and E-government (DIAE), led by the department of justice and public administration.
