The need for certification for the management of administrations and companies through electronic means is a reality as it is going to be imposed in the spanish public administrations in 2018 by legal imperative and efficiency, effectiveness and transparency to which the government and citizens.
But this transformation affects all areas of public administration and the CERES want to be a forum for the updating of the state of art policy, technological and social council, to collect all subjects and new trends that are changing our administration and our society.
