How can national governments with the support of the european union to promote the eGovernment ict development in local governments? This interesting subject which often involves all eu member states is within reach of large cities, but it is almost impossible for small communities.
The conference, the flemish government will take place during the belgian presidency of the eu in 2010, will provide a response to this question. This conference will be followed by the conference "Take-off to a government open", organized by the belgian federal government on 15 and 16 december 2010 in brussels, where the european union will present its programme.
