The project Cloud for Europe, which started in june 2013, will make shortly a pre-commercial procurement for the provision of a range of services of cloud currently in definition. The project aims to stimulate the european market of Cloud Computing from the public sector, establishing the necessary requirements for joining the demand for services cloud and the offer by the technology companies. In march and June events will be held to guide the industry in how to participate in the tender.

The project Cloud for Europe, of the seventh framework programme of the European Commission appealed to the ICT industry to move forward together with the european public sector in the development of services of cloud computing.
