The city of Reus regulates compulsory electronic notifications.

The city of Reus has drafted regulations governing the use of the notifications by electronic means. As A focal point, this regulation includes situations in which electronic notifications may be of a compulsory basis, certain groups of natural and legal persons, as permitted by law 11/2007 of 22 june, electronic access of citizens to public services in the article 27.6 and law 26/2010, of 3 august, of legal and procedural nature of public administrations in catalonia in article 43.2.

Specifically, the obligation is laid down in the following cases:

1.Notificació of calls for the collegial bodies.
Interdepartmental 2.Comunicacions city
3.Notificacions of administrative staff in the service of the city hall, provided that they have made map stakeholders.
4.Comunicacions general service staff.
5.Las notifications and communications in procurement procedures administrative
6.Las notifications and communications in public competitions, such as subsidies, aid, competitions, the foundations of oppositions, and in general in those administrative and communications where possible, shall be made through the use of electronic media. The foundation will include mandatory regulatory wherever possible on the basis of the recipients.
