The general director of public health and quality and innovation, Mercedes Vinuesa, declared this monday, that the objectives of the ministry is to set up the digital clinical history before 2013, in order to have a interoperability between the various autonomous communities, thus ensuring the safety of citizens.

This monday in Madrid the reports were submitted “ Ict at the national health system ” and “ citizens before the e-sanidad ”. The first focuses on the programme ‘ Health ’ and online is a joint initiative of the ministry of health, social services and equality, the ministry of industry, energy and tourism, the autonomous communities and that it receives support from the european Regional development fund (Erdf).
