New standards and validation PAdES in @firma

The new version of @firma permits the validation of signatures PAdES. At a future incorporates the validation of signatures PAdES live longer.

In addition, this new version also permits the validation of certificates and signatures including HASH algorithm as those of the family SHA-2. It has incorporated the possibility of validation of signatures made with algorithms elliptical curve, in order to adapt to the cryptographic recommendations of the guide of the NCC, CCN-STIC-807 v. 1.3
