The Portafirmas is a service for the integration of the signing in workflows. Allows organizational signing petitions using the client signing @firma. Has a web access via browser that allows all functions both for signing petitions.
The growing tendency to use mobile devices to connect to the internet makes it necessary to adapt the portafirmas to facilitate the signing of requests from mobile devices. This will contribute to the ubiquity of signature and the administration.
With this objective, the Ministry for the transformation and the civil service has developed a new application for mobile devices "My Portafirmas", which involves:
- The pending motions to view signature
- Sign or rejecting requests.
- Give approval.
- Sorting and filtering requests.
- Consultation or rejected petitions signed
- Add validators and authorized
This will facilitate the implementation of the services based on electronic signature, now accessible through mobile channel, to maintain a consistent user experience and successful.
