The university of Murcia starts to send documents keeping trienniums recognition to the Central register of personnel via Anot@, being the first university in such a step.
Anot@ makes it possible to the replacement of sending electronic documents in the Central register of staff for the electronic delivery via web services.
The hr managers can, through integrating HR with Anot@, send the RCP registration documents electronically signed by the competent authority. Once received, these documents are processed electronically by the office delegate of the RCP, that type, signature and stored in the document management system RCPDOC registration.
The national tax administration agency (AEAT) is using Anot@ since january 2017, sending it via this official registration of licences and reduced working hours.
Also under way at the integration of Social security, the ministry of education, the integrated management system personnel, and several universities. The ultimate goal is to eliminate the transmittal of documents to the RCP.
