The Balearic Government implemented the Plan ANIBAL, technology platform for service from any local administration
The government of the balearic islands has worked hard in recent years on facilitating the development of law 11/2007 in local authorities of the balearic islands. For this reason, launched the ANIBAL has yielded great results in the civil service. More importantly, it is its conception as from the outset has set itself the reuse as a basic pillar allowing its beneficiaries could spread to any administration.
The technology platform designed to provide service from any local administration comprises the following components:
The administration interface with the citizens SISTRA
SCENE records manager
Content manager of the administrative information ROLSAC
Register entry/exit
etc.
Most of these components are released or are going to liberate the GPL licence and/or EUPL. And besides, the results of the organisational tasks of the Plan are open to reuse under Creative Commons license.
