EPSA ( European Public Sector Awards ) is a programme of prizes at european level to public sector entities at all levels of government, organized every two years since 2009, european institute of public administration (EIPA).

Under the slogan " Build a better europe for citizens "EPSA 2021, aims and reward cases presented by public administrations which have found new solutions in the provision of public services and the formulation of policies for people in the midst of an increasingly complex and often multidimensional.

This year there have been 129 proposals. After an exhaustive evaluation, have been shortlisted 18 requests to be submitted to the jury. In this ceremony was announced in the best projects in the three categories, Innovation, green and Digital premiarán respectively, that projects based on digital solutions, projects that address the challenges of climate change, energy and sustainability, and projects in which innovation comes to responding to the economic and social inclusion.
