The emergence of CONPILAR triggered by the following objectives:
- Dissemination of knowledge and raising awareness on cybersecurity, experts, hackers, lawyers and members of the state security forces and law enforcement personnel, spreading the culture of prevention and control of the risks we face in our digital life.
- Bringing the cybersecurity and the hacking all over the world, giving lectures and workshops, technical, yes; but in a language understandable to the vast majority of users, with the aim of arriving at the greatest number possible and above all create a community of knowledge and collaboration in which, at the same time, we share a very emotive.
- To involve children and adolescents in the safe use of icts in general and the Internet in particular, exponiéndoles the risks facing so that they know how to deal with them, on the way in the way to draw proper digital identity and security solutions by playing and training to a future technological and social council.
- Placing Zaragoza on a map of spanish cybersecurity, publicizing the excellent professionals and companies in Aragón devoted to an area which is essential in enterprise development and social council of our society.
