For the fulfilment of the new obligations of the laws 39 and 40, the General state administration, through the secretariat-General for administration Digital, made available to the different public authorities the tools which follow.
The Accession of the autonomous communities, Local Authorities and universities to these tools is provided through Agreements on the mutual provision of basic solutions e-government .Dichos conventions concluded between the SGAD and each regional government. Local entities should join the convention through their autonomous community. The SGAD and CRUE also have signed an agreement that will be required to adhere to the public universities through CRUE.
