They are: digital Transformation of the General state administration

This axis aims to develop cross-cutting initiatives for the whole of the General state administration (AGE), which would lead to:

• Deployment of an Agile efficient digital public services , safe and simple
• Democratization and broaden the access to emerging technologies on a model ict infrastructure, flexible dynamic
• The hiperconexión between information silos at present between the various ministerial departments.

Cross-cutting approach, the digitization of the General state administration is a key lever for decarbonise their activities and contributing to a country to achieve economy more resilient and neutral climáticamente in 2050.

Axis 2. Quick-impact projects in the digitization of the Public Sector

This axis aims to develop specific guidelines for the digitization of certain functional areas of the General state administration called tractors, health, justice and employment .

These strategic lines of action, will also make use of cross-cutting services and infrastructure developed in the first axis, so that the efforts of this axis will focus on the customization and adaptation of services for groups of citizens citizens and companies in which are intended.

Focus area 3. Transformation and modernization of the ministry of Territorial Policy, Autonomous communities and Local Entities

This axis persecuted, under the leadership of the ministry of Territorial policy and technical coordination of the secretary-General for administration Digital (SGAD), modernization of the autonomous communities and local entities in a coherent and coordinated way with investments made at the cross-sectoral by the General state administration, in accordance with the criteria of consistency and impact expected by the european commission.
