Context

The Plan of digitizing the Public Administrations expected to mobilize public investment of at least 3,165 millions of euros for the next three years , of whom at least 970 million iran aimed specifically at the autonomous communities and local corporations for the development of digital public services throughout the territory.

The Plan of digitizing the Public Administrations was born in order to achieve three objectives:
