The 2019 edition of the OECD Open, Useful and Reusable Data Index (OURdata Index) evaluates 33 member and partner countries, including Spain, which in 2018 completed the "OECD Open Government Data Survey". This is an index that analyzes the key elements of public policies on open data, and is structured on three pillars: data availability, data accessibility and Government support for data reuse.
Spain achieved an overall score of 0.70 out of 1 in this index, placing eighth in the ranking, above the OECD average of 0.60.
