MINHAP european prize in the public Sector (EPSA)

The ministry of finance and Public Administrations awarded as one of the finalists of the european prize for Public Sector organized by the european institute of Public administrations.

25, 26 And 27 november has taken place in Maastricht on final event and the award ceremony for the european Public Sector (EPSA) organized by the european institute of Public Administration (EIPA). The ceremony was attended by approximately 160 guests from more than 20 european countries.

The Prizes EPSA convened every two years, have the most innovative initiatives and efficient public sector in europe. In 2013, under the heading In weathering the storm – creative solutions in times of crisis has submitted a total of 230 initiatives of Government Agencies from 26 european countries, 2 which belong to the General directorate of Administrative Procedures, and encouraging the E-government: beijing platform for brokering of certificates and the initiative “ towards a paperless Administration ” which includes projects ORVE (Oficina Virtual de Registro), SIR (Sistema de Interconexión de Registros) and ACCESS (Headquarters and electronic document management ).

The beijing platform for brokering exceeded the first two phases and has been awarded by the EIPA with a certificate of best practice in the national level.

The initiative Towards a paperless Administration reached the final phase of becoming a finalist at the national level. Once again, the spanish administration is internationally recognized as an example by its progress along the E-government, thanks to projects involving the three levels of administration and to maximize efficiency and reduce the cost of the administrative operational.
