Notifica is a Notification management service that provides a platform to automatically manage all the notifications and communications that are generated in the issuing organizations, so that they arrive at their destination in the most efficient and economical way possible. It allows that the delivery of these notifications / communications can be done in diferent ways, depending on the conditions established by the recipient for their relationship with the Administration: by electronic appearance in the General Point for Notifications of the General Access Point, and / or on paper.

Description
Notifica is a platform that, in collaboration with other collaborating agents, makes it easier for Public Administrations to make available to citizens the notifications and communications they generate.
On paper, which requires the collaboration of the Printing and Enveloping Centers (CIEs) and postal operators. This option is only available within the AGE.
On paper through other printing and postal operators managed directly by the Issuing administration, named "Postal Externo".
And at the electronic headquarters of the issuing agency, if required.
Notifica, initially built in response to CORA measures, was declared a shared service by the ICT Strategic Commission at its meeting on September 15, 2015. And as such it is mandatory for issuing agencies of the General State Administration.
Notifica provides the issuing bodies with notifications and communications:
