The project of integration with the administration of justice is taking its first fruits, having achieved the sending of a fully electronic file from the provincial government of caceres to a judicial organ of the contencioso-administrativo. It consolidates the platform INSIDE (DTIC) -CARGADOR (Justice) for the referral of cases from judicial bodies.
This first dossier referred meets all the guarantees specified in the National Scheme for interoperability (ENI) for both documents and electronic files. the tool INSIDE one of the 14 declared as shared services in the ict strategy, has worked as intermediary between the two worlds: administrative and judicial powers.
