More than one million searches through the Electronic Register in 2018

Since the entry into force of law 39/2015, of 1 october, of Common Administrative Procedure of the public administrations in october 2016, the use of electronic service has continued to grow.

During the year 2018 the use of Electronic Register for the referral of submissions, motions and electronic communications from citizens and entities.

The total volume of records sent by nationals or entities through the Electronic Register for 2017 was 405.850 rows. In 2018 1.010.882 has risen to more than double the previous year.

The maximum monthly records submitted in 2018 occurred in the month of october with 121.663 electronic records the 47.576 in the same month in the previous year. With the figure october 2018 has reached the monthly record since the beginning of the service.

The Electronic Register lies in the electronic site General access point (Opens in new window) and allows submission of documents for processing to any administrative organ of government agencies which are integrated in the System of record linkage . For the submission on this path now requires Electronic identity card electronic certificate in force. The presentations by the electronic register will be fulfilled unless an electronic procedure specific or a standardized format, in their corresponding electronic headquarters of the public administrations.
