The Agencia Estatal de evaluation of public policies and quality of services (AEVAL) it was created on 1 january 2007 with the objective of promoting the culture of evaluation and quality of services.

Reports of perception of the quality of public services

They are – annual periodicity often – quality public services. Examines in detail the views and habits of citizens in relation to public services administrative in nature and with the electronic administration.

  • NOTE : Another issue underlined in the report is that the administrative services, as a therapist, remain to be welcomed by the citizens. The requirement of effectiveness, efficiency and equity in the provision of public services should be added the legitimacy of exercise.
