: Another issue underlined in the report is that the administrative services, as a therapist, remain to be welcomed by the citizens. The channel person is still the preferred, the increase in the use of electronic administration. In Addition, in 2014, it breaks the trend towards stabilization in the use of e-administración.

In a democratic state services are of and for citizenship. The requirement of effectiveness, efficiency and equity in the provision of public services should be added the legitimacy of exercise. For this reason some years ago used opinion surveys to assess the impact of public policies, to be an activity not only desirable, but there is a need to boost from the public organizations.
