Citizen's Folder

The Citizen Folder of the General Access Point allows citizens to easily and conveniently consult ongoing administrative proceedings, registry records exchanged between Public Administrations and personal data held by them, without the need to register and in just one click. It also allows users to check pending notifications, manage powers of attorney and receive communications in the Message Centre. It holds a certificate of conformity with the National Security Framework (ENS) for the HIGH category, demonstrating compliance with ENS requirements and reinforcing trust in the security and protection of the information and services provided to citizens.
