In recent years have seen many and significant efforts to establish electronic workflow. However, a fundamental part, which is life-cycle management of documents and electronic files together with your final, has not yet been sufficiently publicized and operation.
In the new technical note OBSAE we offer to you the subdirectorate General for information, documentation and publications of the ministry of finance and Public Administrations interesting summary of the situation and some interesting proceedings that are taking place in the ministry of finance and Public Administrations, in some cases in collaboration with other public administrations, and that can be used from the rest of the local authorities.
