The objective is to reflect on the present and future of learning in the public sphere and on the responsibility of continuous improvement and innovation, in a global environment in trouble and unpredictable.
In anticipation of a new cycle of strategic planning for the INAP that will be expanded to cover the period 2025-2028, and in full transition to A State Agency, the reflection on the policy of training and learning in the public sector is especially needed.
In that connection, it is setting a special focus on senior staff of the AGE, through the new school of Public Management of the state, in addition to being located in full swing various frameworks of skills that match functional areas, as a way to deepen their professional specialization employee.
The meeting, directed primarily at employees and employees working as decision, planning, design and management of strategies and training programmes, will be an opportunity to develop these and other aspects of learning in the public sector, together with experts and with the relevant players in the sector, both domestically and internationally, and of the various government departments.
