FNC-Autentica, the new common service Cryptographic signature, is now available for their integration in applications requiring electronic signature as part of staff in the service of the AAPP
FNC-Autentica
is common service Cryptographic signature for public employees
that supports the Resolution of 23 february 2002, the secretariat-General for administration Digital
establishing the conditions of use of electronic signature cryptographic not linked to "Authenticates", for the relationship with the General state administration and public bodies and entities under public law associated or dependent.
This is a
network service insertable in applications of any Public Administration
requiring electronic signature as part of employees in the service of the AAPP.
The service is fully configurable independently for each integrated implementation, and among the functionalities include:
Preview of the information that will be signed and that the consent of the signatory
Verification of identity of the signatory
Signature of the information (PADES formats and XADES) generation of receipts and signature
Time-stamping and generation of CSV
Collection of evidence for signature
Consultation of truthfulness of the document/proof (from headquarters Functions)
Consultation/downloading evidence signature
Through this new common service, avoided that each agency or each application has to make its own implementation of the cryptographic signature not linked to Real, as described in the resolution authorizing its use. In this way, you get an important savings in the development costs for applications in addition, ensuring strict compliance with the regulations.
